Corporate Commitments

GROWMARK is committed to corporate citizenship. We support programs and projects that correspond with our core values. Our efforts are focused on agricultural and consumer education, environmental stewardship, and leadership development.

Endure®

Endure is the GROWMARK System Sustainability initiative. Sustainability is defined in the GROWMARK System as those activities and practices that endure over time. We take pride in caring for the soil and other resources. We go to great lengths to make certain our communities, our environment, and our way of life are protected in the years to come.

The GROWMARK 2023 Endure Report

Endure® Carbon

Endure Carbon is designed to help farmers and carbon buyers connect at multiple levels within the value chain to help enable agriculture carbon markets. The program enables farmers to maximize their carbon assets on every crop, every acre, every year. GROWMARK’s collaboration with Indigo Ag brings unique and credible program offerings to the ag carbon credit space, giving farmers the benefit of learning how the carbon market works before deciding to participate in one such as inset markets, offset markets, biologicals, or Enhanced Rock Weathering.

Youth & Young Farmers

Today’s youth are the leaders of tomorrow and we are committed to the education and development of those leaders. We are long standing supporters of agricultural youth and young adult programs including 4-H, FFA, the Junior Farmers Association, and Co-operative Young Leaders' Program (Ontario, Canada) and Farm Bureau Young Farmers, Leaders, and Agriculturists.

To develop these leaders, GROWMARK supports and organizes several contests and events including the annual GROWMARK essay contest, open to FFA members in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri and Ohio as well as to 4-H Ontario members. Additionally, GROWMARK awards thousands of dollars in scholarships to high school and college students pursuing careers in agriculture.

GROWMARK Foundation

The GROWMARK Foundation is a charitable organization which gives to non-profit, 501(c)3 organizations in the United States. Giving is focused in five areas: Youth and Young Leaders, Education, Charity, Ag Industry, and Cooperative Giving.

Enduring Commitments® and GiveMore

Enduring Commitments LogoFinancial giving reflects the corporate values of cooperatives and their employees. Funded through the GROWMARK Foundation, the Enduring Commitments allows Member Cooperatives of the GROWMARK and FS System to amplify the local giving efforts of their foundations or corporate gifts.  Donations given to a non-profit by a local Member Cooperative may be matched by Enduring Commitments through application.

GROWMARK employees who give directly to non-profits from their personal financial resources, may request matching funds through the GROWMARK Foundation’s giveMORE program.

Enduring Farms are Sustainable Farms
